01 Introduction

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one GGQQ account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Do not share your GGQQ password with anyone, including friends or family members.

• GGQQ is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

GGQQ reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Deposits & Payments

GGQQ accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. These are the primary payment methods available to Bangladesh players and are integrated directly into the platform. Deposits are credited to your GGQQ account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. GGQQ does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered player's details, GGQQ reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• GGQQ does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Your GGQQ account balance is held in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). All transactions, including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals, are processed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on GGQQ are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. This means that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 07 Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed on GGQQ, it cannot be cancelled or amended. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play bets. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. GGQQ is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

• GGQQ reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

GGQQ reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
